When You Need a Belt, Filter, or Any Other Part For Your Vacuum, We Are Happy To Help You Anyway We Can. Here Are A Few Tips To Save You Time And Make Sure You Get The Right Part Or Accessory The First Time.
The most important information we need is your vacuum model number. Usually we don't need the serial #, except in some very rare cases.
If you have the part number we'll try to use it, but part #'s change, and are not 100% reliable.
If you bought your vacuum from us, we may have a record of what model you have.
If the part you need is not common, if possible, come in to our store to better describe what you need.
We stock many common parts, but other parts may need to be ordered. Most parts if readily available, come to us in 5 to 10 business days.
In most cases, if we order the part on our regular orders, we don't charge additional shipping.
If we send the part to you, we charge a modest shipping and handling fee.
